采用矽溶液冷却系统:避免切刀粘胶，确保切管作业顺畅。
2. Silicon liquor cooling system is used for preventing the gluing of blade and keeping the blade working in good conditions
切管稳定性高：切刀采用气油压背压控制，切管压力可调整，可适合不同材质。
3. High stability of the cutting tube, gas oil pressure back pressure control blade, adjustable cutting tube pressure, and suitable for different materials
切刀与主轴采用无级变速AC马达。
4. Stepless speed changing AC motor is adopted in blade and main shaft
行程以伺服马达驱动，配合精密滚珠螺杆及线滑轨，切刀行程顺畅,定位精确。
5. The round trip is driven by servomotor, matched up with precision ball screw and wire slide rail, to smooth the round trip of the blade and position accuracy.
步进马达调整切刀角度，在产品切割面不平整时，可直接调整切割角度，保证产品品质
6. Stepping motor could adjust the angle of the blade directly when the cut surface of the product is unevenness, to make guarantee the product quality.
伺服马达进刀，可根据需要调整进、退刀速度，提高效率及品质
Servomotor cutting feed； the speed of the cutting feed and the speed of the blade moving back could be adjusted according to the requirements, to improve the efficiency and quality.
